4. Use of the Platform

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.

5. Payment and Coins

Payments for services must be made through payment gateways integrated on the website (including Razorpay and PayPal). Upon making a payment, Users receive Coins, which can be used to purchase contact details of Tutors. The price per contact varies and is subject to change at our discretion.

Coins are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6.Tutor and Student Responsibilities

Tutors: Must provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience. They must deliver the agreed-upon services in a professional and timely manner.

Students: Must provide accurate information about their tutoring needs. They must make payments as agreed and respect the Tutor’s time and effort.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the Platform for exam help or any other illegal activity.

Engage in activities that could harm the reputation or operation of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FindUrTutor.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
