FindUrTutor.com does not endorse or recommend any particular Tutor. It is the responsibility of Students to evaluate the credentials and qualifications of Tutors.
• Payment and Coins: Users can purchase Coins via integrated payment gateways (Razorpay and PayPal). All Coin purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins can be used to purchase contact details of Tutors. The price per contact may vary.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

• Conduct: You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting through the Website any material that violates or infringes the rights of others, or which is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

5. TUTOR OBLIGATIONS:

Tutors must deliver the agreed-upon services promptly and in accordance with the terms outlined during the engagement with the student.

Failure to deliver services after receiving payment will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the tutor’s account and potential legal action.

6. STUDENT OBLIGATIONS

Students must make timely payments for the services received as per the agreed terms with the tutor.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Ownership: All content, trademarks, and data on the Website, including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, hyperlinks, private information, designs, and agreements, are the property of or licensed to FindUrTutor.com and as such are protected from infringement by domestic and international legislation and treaties.
