1. Payments Made Outside FindUrTutor.com
If any payment is made outside our website, we cannot guarantee any refund. However, you may contact us, and we will try to assist, but we cannot ensure a resolution.
2. Coins Purchase
- Non-Refundable: All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable. Users are encouraged to consider their needs before purchasing Coins.
- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues while purchasing Coins, please contact our support team immediately at nishant@findurtutor.com. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, provide the appropriate resolution.
3. Tutor Services
- Service Disputes: If a Student is dissatisfied with the services provided by a Tutor, the Student must first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Tutor. If the issue remains unresolved, the Student can escalate the matter to FindUrTutor.com by contacting our support team at nishant@findurtutor.com.
- Resolution Process: Upon receiving a dispute, FindUrTutor.com will investigate the complaint and may request additional information from both parties. We will mediate the situation to reach a fair resolution.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds for services are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors that will be considered include the nature of the complaint, the evidence provided, and the Tutor’s history on the platform.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Tutor Cancellations
- Notification: Tutors who need to cancel a scheduled session must notify the Student as soon as possible using any available means of communication (e.g., email, phone, or third-party messaging services) agreed upon by both parties. It is the Tutor’s responsibility to ensure that the Student receives the cancellation notice promptly.
- Rescheduling: Tutors and Students are encouraged to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. No additional charges will be incurred for rescheduled sessions.
- Frequent Cancellations: Tutors who frequently cancel sessions without valid reasons may be subject to account review and potential suspension or termination.
4.2 Student Cancellations
- Notification: Students who need to cancel a scheduled session must notify the Tutor as soon as possible using any available means of communication (e.g., email, phone, or third-party messaging services) agreed upon by both parties. It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure that the Tutor receives the cancellation notice promptly.

- No-Show Policy: Students who fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notification may forfeit the session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in account review and potential suspension.
5. Fraudulent Activity
- Suspicious Transactions: Any suspicious or potentially fraudulent transactions will be investigated by FindUrTutor.com. We reserve the right to withhold refunds or cancellations pending the outcome of the investigation.
- Account Suspension: Users found to be engaging in fraudulent activities may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
